PENAFIAN PENAWARAN SEBUT HARGA KEPADA SYARIKAT PEMBEKAL MAKANAN

Kami ingin memaklumkan bahawa pihak Pejabat Setiausaha Persekutuan Sabah (PSUPS) tidak pernah melantik mana-mana individu atau pihak ketiga untuk menjalankan sebarang aktiviti perolehan atau mengeluarkan sebut harga bagi pihak PSUPS kepada syarikat pembekal makanan atau mana-mana syarikat lain.

Kami menasihatkan semua pihak untuk berhati-hati dan menyemak kesahihan sebarang dokumen atau tawaran yang diterima, kononnya atas nama PSUPS, sebelum membuat sebarang komitmen atau pembayaran.

Sekiranya anda menerima sebarang komunikasi yang meragukan atau mencurigakan, sila hubungi terus pejabat kami untuk pengesahan.

Laporan polis telah dibuat berhubung dengan isu penipuan ini, dan kami memandang serius perkara ini serta akan mengambil tindakan sewajarnya terhadap pihak yang terlibat dalam penyalahgunaan data kami.
