    Kontraktor diwajibkan mengemukakan sijil asal yang masih sah laku tempohnya semasa mengambil dokumen sebut harga. Salinan sijil tidak akan dilayan kecuali salinan sijil-sijil yang telah disahkan oleh pegawai dari pejabat yang mengeluarkannya sahaja.
