Prestasi Piagam Pelanggan Januari - Februari 2014 http://www.psupsabah.gov.my/index.php/en/component/content/article/165-latest-information/client-charter-achievement/355-prestasi-piagam-pelanggan-januari-februari-2014 Bil Janji Pencapaian Peratus (%) 1 Mensasarkan Mesyuarat Jawatankuasa Ruang Pejabat (JRP) bagi mempertimbangkan permohonan ruang pejabat baru/perlanjutan di bangunan swasta sebanyak 12 kali (sebulan sekali); Dari Januari sehingga Februari 2014, 2 daripada 12 Mesyuarat Jawatankuasa Ruang Pejabat (JRP) telah diadakan. 16.66% 2 Mensasarkan Mesyuarat Perumahan Persekutuan (JPP) bagi permohonan menduduki kuarters/Flat Persekutuan di bawah milik Pejabat Setiausaha Persekutuan diadakan enam (6) kali setahun (tertakluk pada kekosongan kuarters/flat yang ada); Dari Januari sehingga Februari 2014, 2 daripada 6 Mesyuarat Perumahan Persekutuan (JPP) telah diadakan. 33.33% 3 Pengurusan kutipan hasil pembayaran perkhidmatan dan ruang komersil setiap sepuluh (10) haribulan setiap bulan; Dari Januari sehingga Februari 2014, sebanyak 102 syarikat membayar ruang komersial setiap sepuluh (10) haribulan daripada 165 syarikat. 61.90% 4 Pengurusan permohonan kerja-kerja pembaikan kecemasan yang memerlukan tindakan segera dalam masa tiga (3) hari dari tarikh aduan diterima; Dari Januari sehingga Februari 2014, kesemua aduan kerosakan telah diambil tindakan dalam tempoh TIGA (3) hari dari tarikh aduan diterima. 100% 5 Memastikan peruntukan bagi kerja-kerja pembangunan dan penyelenggaraan di bawah Objek sebagai 28000 diguna dan dibelanjakan dengan sebaik mungkin dengan capaian prestasi perbelanjaan tidak kurang 90% daripada peruntukan yang diterima Jumlah perbelanjaan RM951,494.46 daripada jumlah peruntukan bagi kerja-kerja pembangunan dan penyelenggaraan di bawah Objek Sebagai 28000. 34.18% 6 Mensasarkan tuntutan perjalanan, tuntutan elaun lebih masa dan pembayaran bil-bil dijelaskan dalam tempoh 14 hari dari tarikh dokumen tuntutan/invois diterima dengan lengkap; Sebanyak 68 bil telah dijelaskan dalam tempoh kurang daripada 14 hari. 100% 7 Mensasarkan pengambilan / pengisian warga PSUPS tidak kurang 80% daripada jumlah penjawatan yang diluluskan; 42 perjawatan daripada 46 perjawatan yang diluluskan berjaya diisi. 91.3% 8 Memastikan setiap aduan diambil tindakan dalam tempoh tiga (3) hari dari tarikh aduan diterima; Dari Januari sehingga Februari 2014, bilangan aduan yang diterima secara emel dan diambil tindakan dalam tempoh TIGA (3) hari dari tarikh aduan diterima adalah sebanyak LIMA (5) aduan. 100% 9 Mensasarkan warga PSUPS menghadiri kursus ataupun latihan
sekurang-kurangnya tujuh (7) hari dalam masa setahun; Pada Januari sehingga Februari 2014, hanya 1 orang daripada 42 orang warga PSUPS yang telah memenuhi kehadiran kursus ataupun latihan dalam tempoh 7 hari.  2.33% 10 Memastikan ketidakpatuhan teguran audit tidak lebih dari 3% (Jabatan Audit Negara dan Audit Dalam JPM); Keputusan Indeks Akauntabiliti (AI) 2013 belum dikeluarkan.     0% 11 Pengurusan tender/sebutharga/kontrak/lanjutan diproses dalam
