Prestasi Piagam Pelanggan Mac - April 2014 http://www.psupsabah.gov.my/index.php/en/component/content/article/165-latest-information/client-charter-achievement/362-prestasi-piagam-pelanggan-mac-april-2014 Bil Janji Pencapaian Peratus (%) 1 Mensasarkan Mesyuarat Jawatankuasa Ruang Pejabat (JRP) bagi mempertimbangkan permohonan ruang pejabat baru/perlanjutan di bangunan swasta sebanyak 12 kali (sebulan sekali); Sehingga 30 April 2014, empat (4) Mesyuarat Jawatankuasa Ruang Pejabat telah diadakan 33.33% 2 Mensasarkan Mesyuarat Perumahan Persekutuan (JPP) bagi permohonan menduduki kuarters/Flat Persekutuan di bawah milik Pejabat Setiausaha Persekutuan diadakan enam (6) kali setahun (tertakluk pada kekosongan kuarters/flat yang ada); Sehingga 30 April 2014, tiga (3) Mesyuarat Jawatankuasa Perumahan Persekutuan (JPP) telah diadakan 50% 3 Pengurusan kutipan hasil pembayaran perkhidmatan dan ruang komersil setiap sepuluh (10) haribulan setiap bulan;

Sehingga 30 April 2014, sebanyak 59 daripada 84 kutipan Berjaya dikutip dalam tempoh masa. Bagaimanapun, tidak ada tunggakan sewaan daripada penyewa.

 

70.23% 4 Pengurusan permohonan kerja-kerja pembaikan kecemasan yang memerlukan tindakan segera dalam masa tiga (3) hari dari tarikh aduan diterima;

 

Sehingga 30 April 2014, sebanyak 53 aduan kerosakan diterima dan diambil tindakan dalam tempoh masa

100% 7 Mensasarkan pengambilan / pengisian warga PSUPS tidak kurang 80% daripada jumlah penjawatan yang diluluskan;

41 perjawatan daripada 46 perjawatan yang diluluskan berjaya diisi.

 

89.13% 8 Memastikan setiap aduan diambil tindakan dalam tempoh tiga (3) hari dari tarikh aduan diterima;

Sepanjang bulan Mac – April 2014 terdapat SATU (1) aduan secara langsung kepada PSUPS manakala TIGA(3) aduan  yang diterima disalurkan ke agensi-agensi Persekutuan yang berkaitan. Perincian adalah seperti di bawah:

Hanya SATU (1) Sebutharga dibawa ke Mesyuarat Jawatankuasa Pemilihan sepanjang Mac-April bermula pada 20 Januari 2014 (tawaran dibuka) sehingga 14 Mac 2014 sebutharga selesai. Sebutharga diproses dalam tempoh kurang daripada TIGA (3) bulan.
