Pejabat Setiausaha Persekutuan Sabah telah ditubuhkan pada tahun 1963 dengan tugas-tugas dan kuasa-kuasa tertentu dan telah dimansuhkan mulai 1 Jun 1982. Pejabat Setiausaha Persekutuan Sabah telah ditubuhkan semula pada 1 Mei 1990 berikutan daripada keputusan Jemaah Menteri pada 21 November 1989.

  • Mensasarkan Mesyuarat Jawatankuasa Ruang Pejabat (JRP) bagi mempertimbangkan permohonan ruang pejabat baru/perlanjutan di bangunan swasta sebanyak 12 kali (sebulan sekali);

  • Mensasarkan Mesyuarat Perumahan Persekutuan (JPP) bagi permohonan menduduki kuarters/Flat Persekutuan di bawah milik Pejabat Setiausaha Persekutuan diadakan enam (6) kali setahun( tertakluk pada kekosongan kuarters/flat yang ada );

  • Pengurusan kutipan hasil pembayaran perkhidmatan dan ruang komersil setiap dua puluh lima (25) haribulan setiap bulan;

  • Pengurusan permohonan kerja-kerja pembaikan kecemasan yang memerlukan tindakan segera dalam masa tiga (3) hari dari tarikh aduan diterima;

  • Memastikan peruntukan bagi kerja-kerja pembangunan dan penyelenggaraan di bawah Objek sebagai 28000 diguna dan dibelanjakan dengan sebaik mungkin dengan capaian prestasi perbelanjaan tidak kurang 90% daripada peruntukan yang diterima;

  • Mensasarkan tuntutan perjalanan, tuntutan elaun lebih masa dan pembayaran bil-bil dijelaskan dalam tempoh 14 hari dari tarikh dokumen tuntutan/invois diterima dengan lengkap;

  • Mensasarkan pengambilan / pengisian warga PSUPS tidak kurang 80% daripada jumlah penjawatan yang diluluskan;

  • Memastikan setiap aduan diambil tindakan dalam tempoh tiga (3) hari dari tarikh aduan diterima;

  • Mensasarkan warga PSUPS menghadiri kursus ataupun latihan sekurang-kurangnya tujuh (7) hari dalam masa setahun;

  • Memastikan ketidakpatuhan teguran audit tidak lebih dari 3% (Jabatan Audit Negara dan Audit Dalam JPM);

  • Pengurusan tender/sebutharga/kontrak/lanjutan diproses dalam tempoh tiga (3) bulan.

    Perutusan SUP http://www.psupsabah.gov.my/index.php/bm/component/content/article/104-pengumuman/493-perutusan-sup Alhamdulillah, saya bersyukur ke hadrat Allah SWT kerana dengan berkat taufik dan hidayah-Nya, saya berpeluang meyampaikan perutusan sempena pelantikan saya sebagai Setiausaha Persekutuan Sabah yang ke-18.

    Sejajar dengan fungsi utama kewujudan Pejabat ini, saya percaya dan yakin Pejabat Setiausaha Persekutuan Sabah (PSUPS) sangat komited dalam mewujudkan persekitaran yang harmoni serta ikatan kerjasama yang erat antara jabatan dan warga kerja Perkhidmatan Awam Negeri dan Persekutuan.

    Saya percaya sikap kerjasama dan saling menghormati perlu diamalkan kerana sejarah telah membuktikan bahawa kerja berpasukan akan menghasilkan hasil kerja yang berkualiti.
